Are you searching for the perfect gluten free loaf of bread or pizza crust? Want to bake it yourself but not sure where to begin? Alison Gordon, gluten free consultant from Back to the Country Store, will share tips on how to choose, measure, and mix flours for healthy and delicious gluten free bread. She will also share a recipe for focaccia bread, bread sticks, or pizza crust. You’ll learn to make dough from scratch and can even purchase the ingredients to take home that night. Samples will be provided!
